After Acceptance

After formal acceptance, the manuscript proceeds to APC processing, copyediting, typesetting, author proof, proof corrections, DOI assignment, online publication and issue assignment. Authors must review proofs carefully; proof corrections should address production errors and essential clarifications rather than introduce new analyses without editorial approval.
